East west, a small roundtrip on the south Island.

Date: Saturday D. 18/8-2012 starts at 13.00

Start: Samsø Idrætshal, Pillemarksvej 1 in Tranebjerg.

Liquid depots:
At the liquid depots mushrooms, water, sport drink, fruit etc. are found

Own food and possible spare clothes are to be delivered at a watertight plastic bag put on name, start number and depot (km-statement) with time to spare before start.

Shuttle service.
Free shuttle busses from the ferries in Sælvig and Kolby Kås directly to the start/finish-area.

Provision.
When the runners have passed the finish line there will be plenty of food and water for every competitor.

Price to participate.
21,1 km. ½ Marathon 325 DKK.
After August 6th 2012 there is an after-registration-fee of 100 DKK.

There is a medal and Diplomas to all that complete.

The 21,1 km near Samsø Marathon, the route look like such:

The temporary route is almost the same as on marathon- the distance, but instead of running to Nordby, be turned there to the right in Sælvigs bugten, in order to run in against Paddock-mountain, in order to again come in on marathon- the route.

Start near Samsø Idrætshal, Pillemarksvej 1 in Tranebjerg, and up against Onsbjerg, where the trip is continued up against cement the factory. Here one turns in of Hellemosevej against Paddock-mountain from. In Paddock-mountain one pushes looked at marathon- the route again and follow it home. Here one runs down of Toftebjergvej, to Alstrup. From Alstrup know to Besser after which they are continuing to the tub.

In the tub it were run down about the harbor and from there know to Tranebjerg over Brundby. In Tranebjerg there will be goal area near Samsø Idrætshal, Pillemarksvej 1.
